What To Do For Hip Pain Relief

If you've got hip pain there is a good chance that tight calf, hamstring and buttock muscles have moved your pelvis out of alignment. The pelvis could be tilted back or rotated. One side maybe lower than the other.

You an see the effect of this twisting, tilting and rotating by looking at yourself in the mirror.

The drawings illustrate good form and function. If you've got hip pain there is a good chance that when you get into these postures you may find them difficult to do, and/or you may experience pain.

If you want hip pain relief you need to know that there are many muscles involved in the misalignment of your hips - muscles that move the legs together and apart, the hip flexor muscles ... in fact there are muscles all over the place that only have to be a bit too tight or a bit too weak and the hips will move out of alignment.

The hip bearings are two of the most susceptible bearings in the body to wearing out and appear much more difficult to get back into alignment that the bones of the spinal column.
