Canberra-based physical educator, John Miller, is a corporate health seminar lecturer and keynote speaker.

His seminar presentations are designed to inspire and motivate people to keep themselves fit and healthy to the best of their ability.

John has a unique ability to put across concepts relating to health, fitness and well being in an entertaining, thought provoking and deceptively simple way.

John is a health, fitness and well being program innovator and author.

He's a Graduate in Arts and Physical Education from the University of Adelaide and Education from the University of South Australia. He's a qualified fitness leader.

He's worked as a PhysEd teacher and consultant; he's managed the Australian physical education professional association; he's been the Director of the South Australian Recreation Institute and Manager of the Australian Institute of Sport's Health Management Centre. He's run his own fitness centre.

He's a Jolly Good Fellow of the Australian Council for Health, Physical Education and Recreation (ACHPER).
